On My Wheatley Homes East, you can let us know if you want to:
- transfer your tenancy;
- share your tenancy;
- apply for a mutual exchange;
- take over a tenancy;
- add a new person to your household; and
- report a medical condition or if someone living with you has a medical condition.
If you need to make changes to your tenancy, here are some of the forms you might need:
- Assignation of tenancy form – If you want to pass your tenancy to someone else
- Joint tenancy form – To apply for a joint tenancy
- Lock up garage form – to apply for a lock up garage
- Lock up notice of termination form – to give notice on your lock up
- Name change request form – if you need to change your name on your tenancy
- Permission to reside form – if you want someone to move into your home to live with you
- Sub-letting form – if you want to apply to sub let your home
- Take in a lodger form – if you want to apply to take in a lodger
