Regeneration isn’t just about bringing forgotten pieces of land back to life or building new homes. It’s a fantastic opportunity to bring real economic and social benefit to people in our communities and to help transform lives.

The investment work carried out by Wheatley Homes East and the other Registered Social Landlords in Wheatley Group has created no fewer than 11,000 jobs and 2000 training places so far.

Our Wheatley Pledge scheme, where our contractors create jobs and training opportunities within our communities, has added a further 221 jobs / training places.

Over the next 10 years, Wheatley Group will build thousands more homes across Scotland. By working with our partners we can make sure regeneration is more than just bricks and mortar – it will change lives for the better.
