Pay rent

We know money is tight – but paying your rent should be your top priority. It keeps a roof over your head.

There are three easy ways to pay your rent:

  • Direct Debit – simple to set up and the most hassle-free way to pay your rent. Your payment will come off your bank account on a date and at a frequency that suits you.

If you don’t have a bank account, we can help you get one. Set up a Direct Debit using your My Wheatley Homes East account or call us on 0800 561 0088.

  • My Wheatley Homes East – an online tenancy account is a quick and easy way to pay online, view your balance, recent charges and payments. Click here to register/login to pay using your My Wheatley Homes East account.

Other ways to pay:

Housing Benefit – if you receive full housing benefit or Universal Credit, your rent payment is likely to be paid to us directly. You can check your rent account by logging into My Wheatley Homes East or contact our Customer First Centre on 0800 561 0088 if you need any advice.

When is my rent due?

Your rent is due to be paid on the 1st of each month and is paid in advance. If you decide to pay your rent weekly or every two weeks, you must pay so by the 1st of the month the full rent is paid.

Our rent calendar shows you when rent is due.
