Between 2025-2028 we will make further investments in your area and local neighbourhoods.

Investing in your community across the east
Over the next three years, we will invest £21.7m in your area. This will include £16.2m in Edinburgh, £4.4m in West Lothian and £1.1m in other areas to deliver:
- new kitchens in almost 500 homes and new bathrooms in 250 properties;
- new pitched roof coverings in over 30 homes;
- nearly 350 new front or back doors;
- over 90 new close doors;
- new windows in nearly 40 closes;
- extra energy efficiency improvements, including nearly 50 new electric heating systems and over 450 new gas boilers;
- environmental improvement works to closes and other common areas such as external insulation, upgraded paths, external painting and gutter replacements in 450 homes; and
- loft, wall and floor insulation improvements in over 330 homes.
2026
- We will invest £100,000 in window and door replacements at Gowanlea Court, West Lothian, in 20 properties.
- And complete roof and stonework repairs at 8 Murdoch Terrace, Edinburgh, worth £300,000.
- We will commit to full roof and external/common repairs valued at £400,000 at 28 West Port, Edinburgh.
- As well as carry out £150,000 of roof, gutter and downpipe works at Morrison Crescent.
- Roof refurbishment and associated works are planned at Gardeners Crescent and Watson Crescent, worth £250,000.
- £100,000 of window and door replacements are scheduled at Rowan Street, West Lothian.
- The common stair will be painted at Bank Street, Penicuik, costing £50,000.
- Windows will be replaced at Craigin House, Blackridge, during a £82,000 transformation.
2025
- We invested nearly £50,000 in new windows for 11 customers at Skibo Court.
- Spent £108,000 on new windows at Sneddon Court.
- Carried out major roof repairs and stonework repairs worth £373,000 in the pre-1919 tenement at 16-20 McLeod Street.
