We are regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator. We're also a registered charity with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator and a registered cooperative and community benefit society with the Financial Conduct Authority.

The work we do must meet the staturory standards set by:

• Care Inspectorate
• Scottish Public Services Ombudsman
• Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator.

We work closely with a number of organisations across the country, including:

• Scottish Fire and Rescue Service
• Scottish Government
• Police Scotland.
