Free calls for customers
The new free phone number 0800 561 0088 means customers can enjoy free calls to their housing officer or our customer service advisors.
Customers can also use the number to reach staff who can help with fuel and benefits advice.
Managing Director Hazel Young said: “We’re delighted to provide a freephone number for customers. It means customers calling from mobiles will not have their credit eaten up.”
You can still use our 0131 478 8888 number but the call won’t be free of charge.
