Following a long career as an Actuary, David has built a portfolio of extensive experience as a non-executive Director and Board Chair since his retirement.  David brings to the Board an in-depth understanding of governance, financial services and risk management across a range of regulated financial services, as well as in higher education and public life.   David’s interest, commitment and understanding of customer needs and outcomes will inform and drive delivery of the Board’s strategic direction and Wheatley Home East’s exceptional standards of service to its customers.
